Project manager

Hey,
We are some 40+ people team spread pan India working on Natural Language Understanding, Robotic Process Automation, Web Crawling, and other emerging technologies.

As a Project Manager, we expect you to play these roles;

Roles:

  1. Understand Product Design
    The Product Design team would hand you the project requirements. Sometimes in the shape of Lean Canvas, Wireframes, User Stories, and Acceptance criteria.
  2. Engineer Requirements
    Turn Product Design into Requirements and Architecture. Work with your team of Product Designers and Software Architects – and oversee how they.
    • Turn Product Design into Requirements. In the shape of Epics / Stories / Tasks.
    • Turn Requirements into Software Architecture. In the shape of ADR or C4 Model.

    The team can make a lot of expensive mistakes here. So, watch out!

  3. Communicate with client and team
    Act as Single Point of Contact. Foster communication between client and team. Conduct agile ceremonies. Give progress updates to the client. Keep everyone unblocked & on the same page.
  4. Alert colleagues when they miss a guideline
    Our Product Design team advocates these 30+ guidelines. And Engineering team advocates these 200+ guidelines. Sometimes colleagues deliver but miss complying with the most important guidelines. Alert your team when they violate important guidelines. Also, help teams constantly make additions to guidelines from external sources like this.
  5. Alert stakeholders when project health is dipping
    Routinely evaluate the health of team and project using various measures like Health Monitors, Agile Metrics. When health is down, give sensitive feedback to colleagues – which is received well by them. Implement corrective measures as advised by colleagues or your knowledge to improve on health
